seregakot007, поступила новая информация: оказалось, что утилиты Aaron Stebner из "шапки" темы не видят .NET Framework 4.5.2, который у вас установлен.
Так что руками не надо было удалять. Лучше переустановить .NET Framework 4.5.2.
