В командной строке, от имени Администратора выполните

Код:

 sfc /scannow

Если в конце проверки выйдет сообщение, что не все файлы удалось восстановить, выложите C:\windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log в архиве.
Если файлы будут восстановлены, перезагрузитесь и проверьте наличие проблемы.

Если целостность системы не будет нарушена,
Загрузите и запустите средство проверки готовности системы к обновлению
По окончанию проверки, перезагрузитесь и проверьте наличие проблемы.
Если положительного результата не будет, подкрепите к сообщению C:\windows\Logs\cbs\checksur.log в архиве.

SergANT Silent, запустите средство устранения неполадок Центра обновления Windows от имени администратора (создайте нового администратора для проверки) и сообщите результат.
Выполните все остальные методы из статьи базы знаний.

SergANT Silent, попробуйте так:
1. Загрузите набор PsTools и распакуйте утилиту PsExec.exe в папку Windows, чтобы не указывать к ней путь в командной строке;
2. Запустите командную строку от имени администратора;
3. Введите команду

Код:

psexec -i -s regedit

и нажмите Enter;
4. После чего должен запуститься редактор реестра.
Далее пробуем применить руслановский твик реестра.
Если ничего не поможет,то закройте Редактор реестра и командную строку и отпишитесь.
