У меня стоит
VertRefresh 60.0 - 160.0
и всё равно 85 Hz, даже ставил
VertRefresh 100.0 - 160.0
85hz и всё...
Там сторочка нужна другая... вот какая не знаю или KDE найти конфиг где прописываются Hz...
