Вообщем, нашел решение проблемы на форуме ACDSee:
Problem solved. If you have 2003 server SP1 or XP SP2 installed, go to system properties/Advanced/Performance Settings,
in the Data Execution Prevention tab, choose "Turn on DEP on essential windows programs and services only" to
disable DEP on other programs.
Сразу исчезли все проблемы.
