The 2nd file is the "No-Whitelist + SLIC 2.1 + Advanced Menus" mod, made by BDMaster by combining the "NWL+SLIC2.1" mod from TTAV134 (1st file) with the "Advanced Menus" mod by Sml6397 from this forum. The "Advanced Menus" version will give you some extra info in the BIOS, but won't give you any additional control over fan speed control and doesn't list the temperatures. To monitor the temps use AIDA64 or HWinfo32 software. To flash over the original Toshiba 2.60 Vista BIOS, you have to first flash the original Toshiba 5.60 XP BIOS (in Win XP Live). Then flash the modded 2.60 Vista BIOS (rename it to skaa260a.rom) in Win 7, using the original Toshiba 2.60 Vista flasher (the x32 or x64 version).
