Ищем на винте файл WINUPD.EXE и удаляем его, если не захочет
удаляться, то сначала вырубаем его процесс.
Далее вычищаем реестр:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
убиваем параметр "winupd" со значением %SysDir %\winupd.exe
Так же он прописывается в следующие ветки:
