Нашла ещё вот такой скрипт, но опять-таки заменяет не из текстового файла

[cscript|wscript] replace.vbs Find Replacewith File
Find … Required. Substring being searched for.
Replacewith … Required. Replacement substring.
File … Source and destination file for the replacement
