в своём стартовом посте вы привели ссылку с алгоритмом решения. в ваших логах есть эта ошибка:

Это не НОД.
гугление выдало это. Вам нужно подключить реестр и запретить эту службу (без изменений разрешений). Реестр можно подключить или через dism или через VHD файл.
Возможно кто-нибудь знает как напрямую из wim файла подключить реестр...

у меня как раз установлен Alcohol 120%
сейчас попробую.

УРА !!!
Вначале попробовал сделать это на "оригинальном" компьютере (с которого образ делался) - там помогло!!! Я загрузился! Т.е. компьютер
Правда кое-какие настройки пользователя не сохранились (ярлыков в таскбаре нет). Но главное - настройки программ сохранились!
Сейчас буду пробовать с wim файлом в WDS сервере.
