NikLok, да вроде не плюёт ни на что. Думаю настройки FSA преобладают над параметрами sif, т.к. FSA патчит файлы. Этот аддон не трогает fSetup.ini.
У меня описанных Вами проблем нет.

Может у Вас
Unattendswitch=Yes выключен?
