добрый день. вот у меня проблемка с установкой 3 или 3.5 версии. вылетает с ошибкой. не может поставить XPSEPSC

файла oem17.cat по этому пути нету.
пробЫвал ставить отдельно XPSEPSC, говорит чтото про update.ini и просит включить службу криптографии, но служба криптографии уже включена.
