DHCP отрадясь не водилось.
Как я понимаю они должны проводить репликацию между собой это автоматически или нужно настроить этот процесс?

Когда я начинаю отдавать права от основного дополнительному
он мне говорит что репликация длжным образом не проводилась.

А в Event Viewer вот такую ерунду пишет
