Никакие обновления после перезагрузки не ставились. По крайней мере никаких уведомлений, что что-то загрузилось и собирается установиться я не обнаружел.
Посмотрев лог, можно сказать что это НЕТ Фреймворк втихаря грузится и ставится:

Смутила строка. Нашел в корне самого свободного диска папку вида "a9d7fdsa9f78fds8a9sdaf9". Попытался ее удалить - не получилось. Попытался в безопасном режиме - опять никак. Удалось удалить Unlocker-ом в безопасном режиме, причем дескрипторов на эту папку он не находил. Папка была наполнена установочными файлами, видать, от Нетфрейма.
УРА!!! пропал щит!!!!
Но, к сожалению, не надолго.....
Пока писал опять появился. Щаз буду пробывать перегружаться... С богом.
Надеюсь в этот раз обновление встанет на рельсы....

З.Ы. Кого смутило время в логах: Просто перегружался несколько раз удаляя файлы лога и загружаясь в паралелльной Висте для просмотра и прослеживания.
