Не выключается ПК при завершении работы

Попробовал перепрошить БИОС, не получилось. После запуска Интеловской утилиты MQ96510J.86A.1754.EB.EXE (последняя) для прошивки из-под Виндовс она запускается и дальше автоматом должен быть ребут, но его то так и нет, висит на завершении работы. Закалдованный круг блин какой-то. Пробовал выключать кнопкой (перекрестился) после при загрузке пишет The firmware has detected that a CMOS Checksum Error occurred. Ошибка вобщем. Последняя надежда на флопик, прийдется наверное подключать его. Есть у них еще ISO образ, но пишут что для систем с Linux-oм, какого хрена спрашивается, непонятно.
БИОС раньше не доводилось шить, поэтому вопрос к опытным товарищам, последняя (старшая) прошивка в себе собирает все исправления промежуточных прошивок или же она вносит дополнение только своих функций. У меня версия прошивки 0816, последняя 1754 в ней

Какую пытаться шить непонятно, и еще что такое PXE Nahum info: Intel(R) Boot Agent GE v1.2.40 Beta-5 это на моей а на последней Boot Agent GE v1.3.24.
