ExtremePack 13.11.21 — аддон для интеграции в дистрибутив Windows XP SP3 обновлений, не вошедших в основной пакет UpdatePack-XPSP3-Rus (так называемых «технических», или «непубличных», обновлений).
Данные обновления не предлагаются к скачиванию на Windows Update, и рекомендации Microsoft в их отношении обычно выглядят следующим образом: «Предлагаемое исправление включает в себе решение только для проблемы, описанной в данной статье, и должно применяться исключительно в системах, где наблюдается вышеописанная проблема. Данное исправление находится на стадии дополнительного тестирования. По этой причине корпорация Microsoft рекомендует во всех случаях, когда проблема не представляет особой важности, отложить ее решение до выхода ближайшего пакета исправлений Service Pack».
Не следует рассматривать технические обновления как некие «поделки народных умельцев» — они ничем не отличаются от публичных обновлений, и так же содержат файлы с цифровой подписью корпорации Microsoft. В ряде случаев технические обновления через некоторое время выпускались как публичные без каких-либо изменений файлов.
Аддон ExtremePack 13.11.21 предназначен для интеграции совместно с UpdatePack-XPSP3-Rus 13.11.20 или UpdatePack-XPSP3-Rus 13.12.15. Он несовместим с более поздними версиями UpdatePack, если о совместимости явно не указано в данной теме.

LocalFix заменяет файл sndrec32.exe версии 5.1.2600.5671 файлом версии 5.1.2600.5512, поэтому обновление KB957495 считается некорректно установленным. Вы можете изменить порядок интеграции аддонов, поставив ExtremePack после LocalFix, но потеряете исправление, вносимое LocalFix ("sndrec32.exe v5.1.2600.5512 - работает при наличии более 2 ГБ свободной оперативной памяти"). Я могу отдельно включить в ExtremePack исправленный файл sndrec32.exe версии 5.1.2600.5671, но с выведением его из списка защиты SFC. Нужен такой вариант?

Но поскольку этот кусок кода в нем также присутствует - при наличии более 2 Гб свободной памяти будет то же самое (сравнение по-прежнему происходит со знаком, и значение более 2^31 будет воспринято как отрицательное).
Прикрепляю тестовое обновление ExtremePack для совместимости с LocalFix (в зависимости от наличия аддона LocalFix будет интегрирована оригинальная или пропатченная версия файла sndrec32.exe).
