Не знаю, к чему и отнести эту проблему, но возникает только в Висте. При просмотре некоторых видео возникает очень настырная ошибка - "Прекращена работа Com Surrogate". При этом само видео проигрывается прекрасно. Вот что пишет Виста в Решениях проблемы:

Click the Start button , and then, in the Search box, type Command Prompt. From the list of results, right-click Command Prompt, and then click Run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
At the command prompt, type regsvr32 /u urge.dll, and then press ENTER. urge.dll is now unregistered.
What do I do if the regsvr32 command fails or returns an error?
If the steps to disable the urge.dll did not work, you can try renaming the file to disable it.
Click the Start button , and then, in the Search box, type urge.dll.
In the list of search results, right-click urge.dll, and then click Open file location.
Right click urge.dll, and then click Rename.
Rename the file (for example, change the name to urge.dll.old). Remember the file name so you can enable it later if you need to.

Я всё выполнил так, как было написано... Только ни программы Urge, ни файла urge.dll у меня на компьютере не оказалось.
