Извините я этот аддон не делаю, но меня само слово nLite раздражает. По моим представлениям nLite пользуют люди, которым не
хочется вникать в то, что они делают. В Update Pack наоборот, все прозрачно, но надо учится и вникать. Поэтому здесь на форуме
и есть куча аддонов, а для nLite наверное есть свои отдельные форумы, там вам и помогут(если захотят)...

The expense of collecting, testing, packaging and hosting the
translations was more than I felt happy with for my hobby project.
Often there were unpleasant situations with reported linguistic
mistakes not being fixed by the authors, or several people providing
translations for the same language. Switching to a simple list of
links was not much better: the many links to file sharing hosts
appeared somewhat dubious, and they still had to be updated with each
new release of the translated files.
So, for the time being, I've decided not to take care of translated
versions of Notepad2, any longer. I may change my mind once I have
more free time for my hobby projects, or there may be someone else to
run the official Notepad2 International website, soon.
