I do have a option for USB Support to option all USB Port as "Disable", "Full" or "Partial" .. Disable = All USB Devices are not available until after system is booted up. Full = All USB Ports will be available during POST. Partial = Only USB Ports with Keyboard & Mouse will be detected during POST. My setting is "Partial" both my Keyboard & Mouse will be detected during POST. (There's no option to just choose one or the other) I guess if the option would allow.. I could take the battery out of the mouse and use the Keyboard to bring the computer out of Hibernation, while using a different wireless mouse & dongle in a 2nd USB port and then "Disable" that port so it won't be available until after the sys is up and running, but the 3 options are for all the USB Ports, can't individualize each Port setting.
