Из личного опыта: чаще всего к ошибкам в обновлении так же приводят сторонние драйвера от антивируса, графики, звука, шифраторов, ПО по откату типа ТаймФриза. Экспериментируйте с ними. Лучше, чтобы их осталось в автозагрузке как можно меньше.
