Работает на 100% (проверял):

Open an elevated Command Prompt and type the following commands:
bcdedit /set {current} testsigning on
bcdedit /set {current} nointegritychecks true
Close the elevated prompt.
Click the Start Menu and type "gpedit.msc" and hit enter.
Nagivate to "User Configuration (2nd node) | Administrative Templates | System | Driver Installation | Code signing for device drivers"
Enable the policy and set it to "Disabled".
Restart your machine.
