Running Enterprise 2016 LTSB... I actually just had a breakthrough after I posted here. Our group policy disables windows firewall as we're in an isolated environment. I manually enabled the firewall service and then started it. Just out of curiosity, how do you set the GPO settings to disable your firewall? I have mine disabled via GPO too but search still working.
