Смысл таков, что указанный скрипт компилируется с помощью AutoIt (
ветка по AutoIt) в exe-файл и этот exe'шник кладется рядом с вашим mst файлом. А установка Office вызывается через скомпилированный exe. Там где выделено жирным, надо вписать название своего mst.
