После анализа логов Kerio добавил в правило WSUS две подсети.

Вроде все работает, в фильтре чисто.
Кстати, подсунув IP-адреса из
этих логов сервису whois, увидел, что там ничего не сказано про AKAMAI, а принадлежат они организации IANA:
