Поскольку вы не привели модель жёсткого диска, приведу выдержку из документации к одному из дисков от Seagate, не думаю, что параметры будут сильно отличаться

The maximum vibration levels that the drive may experience while meeting the performance standards speci-
fied in this document are specified below.
2–22 Hz 0.25 Gs (Limited displacement)
22–350 Hz 0.50 Gs
350–500 Hz 0.25 Gs

Из этого следует, что диски способны выдерживать вибрации c перегрузкой до 0.5g (около 5 м/с*с или половина ускорения свободного падения) на басовых частотах. Если системный блок не стоит в непосредственной близости от сабвуфера, то беспокоиться не о чем.
