Есть много возможностей узнать свой ip, регион и так далее, а как узнать по ip провайдера?

Так там же и пишется, разве нет?

Whois сервисы вам в помощь, как вариант...например
Но не факт, что всё будет писать

Domains By Proxy, LLC это я так полагаю хостер.
а если это провайдер, то где написано кто хостер))

в данном случае эта компания предоставляет конфиденциальность vk.
