Intel Turbo Boost на HP Proliant DL360p GEn8

Добрый день.
Есть сервер HP Proliant DL360p GEn8 с 2мя процессорами Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2670 @ 2.60GHz
В биосе включен Intel Turbo Boost.

Хостовая операционная система - Server 20012 R2 Datacenter.

В диспетчере задач пишет что максимальная частота процессора 2,6Ггц, хотя для этого процессора при включенной Intel Turbo Boost должно быть 3,3 Ггц.

В чем может быть пробелема? Почему не работает этот турбобуст?

ZGG, Вы пробовали нагружать процессор?

Да, с помощью CPU-Z.

Кстати, настройки электропитания тоже стоят в Высокая производительность.

ZGG, тогда смотреть настройки BIOS мат.платы и читать мануал к ней:

Возможно имеется вот такая простая настройка;

Если нет, тогда читать полный мануал от HP.
