Подскажите как убрать надпись "подписание коды azura не поддерживаются"
Какое обновление поставить для windows 1803 (полностью обновлять на новый релиз нежелательно)

Windows 10, version 1803 update history - нет обновлений после 11 мая 2021 (закончился срок поддержки).

Попробуйте, попытка не пытка.
Но если требуемый функционал отсутствует, то сертификаты не помогут.
