Ошибка при установке любого установщика .msi

При попытке установки или удаления приложения через Microsoft Software Installation выдает ошибку при начале работы. Ошибка всегда одна и та же, в любом установщике, в данном случае пытаюсь установить Парадокс Лаунчер. Прикладываю лог установки и фото ошибки. http://forum.oszone.net/post-2630821.html по данному посту применил все твики и сделал все проверки, не помогло. SFC scannow не нашел поврежденных файлов. |
Casdanic, проблем с созданием точек/ службой восстановления в системе не наблюдается ли?

NickM, действительно, не работали восстановления системы. Оказалось, что вирус потёр одну из служб для теневого копирования, восстановил ее, и все заработало. Спасибо
