Ошибка 812 при подключении VPN
 

После кратковременного обрыва интернет-канала у пользователей работающих удаленно на личных ноутбуках при подключении VPN выскакивает ошибка 812.
Так же стоит заметить, что у нас есть еще 2 удаленные базы в разных концах города, до которых поднят VPN с офисного TMG, люди там подключаются к терминальным серверам в офисе и проблем не наблюдается.

P.S. Имеются 2 контроллера домена и TMG.

В логах TMG появились следующие ошибки:

1. There is no domain controller available for domain ISOLUX. Event ID 4402
2. The processing of Group Policy failed. Windows could not obtain the name of a domain controller. This could be caused by a name resolution failure. Verify your Domain Name System (DNS) is configured and working correctly. Event ID 1054

И при попытке пользователя подключить VPN в логах появляется:

CoId={35E3BD12-3103-461A-BA84-CE09636C6FD9}: The user "USERNAME" connected from "USER IP" but failed an authentication attempt due to the following reason: The connection was prevented because of a policy configured on your RAS/VPN server. Specifically, the authentication method used by the server to verify your username and password may not match the authentication method configured in your connection profile. Please contact the Administrator of the RAS server and notify them of this error.

CoId={08E3CC48-9F69-4B16-978E-A8FD484ECC17}: The following error occurred in the Point to Point Protocol module on port: VPN3-245, UserName: "USERNAME". The connection was prevented because of a policy configured on your RAS/VPN server. Specifically, the authentication method used by the server to verify your username and password may not match the authentication method configured in your connection profile. Please contact the Administrator of the RAS server and notify them of this error.

На контроллерах никаких ошибок в логах нет
В чем может быть проблема? Заранее благодарю.
