Удаление IE8 или обновление до IE11 после апгрейда с 2003
 
Жили были сервачки на 2003 server, и жилось бы им еще долго хорошо, если бы майкрософт не прекращал поддержку. В связи с этим началась сага великих обновлений.
На одном из оных под 2003 x64 SP2 обновились до 2008 r2, а вот на этапе залива обновлений начал выкидывать коленца IE11

Предположил, что спокойно жить ему мешает IE8, однако удалить его не получилось.

В логах нашел только

Elven, вообще IE запускается?
Меню -> О программе -> какая там версия отображается?

Выложите лог \Windows\IE11_Main.log.

IE не запускается.
Версия 11

Однако обновление не устанавливается (которое как раз и есть IE11) а IE8 не удаляется.

Elven, судя по логу, IE11 успешно установился с первого раза.

после sfc /scannow IE запустился, (обновление так и не установилось, IE8 при удалении из установки/удаления программ не удалился).
