ленточный накопитель HP MSL 2024
 

Добрый день.
Возникла такая проблема имеем MSL 2024 ленточный накопитель с не известным паролем.
Вопрос как сбросить пароль не обращаясь к HP?
И ещё если зайти в support там имеем service pin который требует пароль.
1) Какой пароль администратора должен быть по умолчанию?
2) Какой пароль у service PIN ?
3) Как сбросить пароли?

P/s пароль забыт очень давно и даже когда он включался последний раз не известно.

Lost the Administrator Password

To recover from a lost administrator password, the library or autoloader time and date is needed to generate a temporary password. Record the current library or autoloader Time and date, and then call an HP support representative to obtain a temporary password.


NOTE: The temporary password is only good for the hour used to generate it. If the hour is almost over, it may be prudent to use the next hour to generate the password. Also, a new administrator password should be set once logged in with the temporary password to allow administrator access in the future.


Obtaining the Library Time and Date:

1. Using a library or Autoloader with a 16-character, 2-line OCP:
From the Status/Information menu navigate to Autoloader Information or Library Information then to Autoloader Time or Library Time

Using a library with the GUI OCP:
From the Home screen the Time is on the top status bar and the date is on the 1st informational line



2. Using the RMI:
Look at the left-hand pane for the System Status Autoloader Time or Library Time



3. Using the L&TT support ticket:
Generate a support ticket and locate the timestamp at the top of the HP Event Log

То есть всё равно придётся обращаться к HP
Не ужели нет других вариантов?

Аппарат краденый? Если нет, то что мешает?
