EPAM Systems (www.epam.com), one of the largest Software Engineering Services Companies in European IT market, CMMI Level 4 certified, is looking for Windows Support Engineer for its Kyiv Office.

Windows server team provides 24x7 support for 24k+ windows server infrastructure of the investment bank and is the essential part of highly process-based and IT environment of the bank.

Responsibilities:
• Taking of ownership of the events and incidents and resolving them in accordance with SLAs and prioritizing them accordingly.
• Participating in the Major Incident Handling which involves fast solution making and resolving business impacting problems.
• Providing support and advice for the teams in the Windows Server technology area.
• Performing the quarterly updates on the Windows Server estate.
• Implementing Change Requests in compliance with change management policy.
• Coordinating hardware breakfix activities.
• Working with end user tickets and requests.

Requirements:
• Advanced experience in Windows Server 2000, 2003, 2008 operating systems support.
• Understanding of DFS and enterprise storage technologies.
• Knowledge of AD, DNS, WINS, DHCP, TCP/IP and other technologies related to Window Server.
• Understanding of server hardware , RAID, SAN etc
• Understanding of ITIL service-based approach to IT support.
• Advanced English and communication skills.
