Папка SYSVOL занимает 15 Мегабайт
Квоты не включены.
Свободного места 58 Гб.
Сообщения появляются раз в сутки, причем сразу два с периодичностью в одну секунду, разница лишь в регистре буквы "с"
сначала: The File Replication Service has detected that the volume hosting the path c: is low on disk space.
через одну секунду: The File Replication Service has detected that the volume hosting the path C: is low on disk space.

Так же раз в несколько дней появляется сообщение:

Что за мистика?

Очень похоже на то, что у вас слишком большая база AD.
Каков размер файла NTDS.DIT ?

Должно помочь. Есть еще способ - взять более емкий диск, сделать на нем размер системного диска побольше и залить на него образ с текущего системного диска :)

Контроллер корневой нет, есть еще один дополнительный контроллер домена. На нем все в порядке.

Всеже приведите размер диска с системой и количество свободного места - а то несовсем понятно 58 Гб это общее свободное место или на диске С:?

Файл NTDS.DIT вы смотрелив %Systemroot% ?
А в %Systemroot%\system32 есть его копия? С таким же размером?

Какие еще службы крутятся на этом сервере?

For this event "running out of disk space" refers to a certain percentage of the total disk space. So if a disk is quite large, one may get this error even if the available free space seems sufficient.
