ПОМОГИТЕ!!! С НАСТРОЙКОЙ LCD17"+nVidia GF6600GT

Ну никак не получается сконфигурировать FreeBSD6.1+LCD17"+GeFogce6600GT.
KDE - Работает нормально. Драйвер nVidia - установлен (должен ли присутствовать логотип? - у меня его нет), но видимо требуется настройка xorg.conf - попытки его конфигурирования заканчивались неудачно, KDE - не загружалась, приходилось возвращать в исходное состояние. хорошо бы конкретный пример (может у кого похожие конфиги?) |

Профиль | Сайт | Отправить PM | Цитировать ...для монитора надо найти на сайте производителя (а вообще на любом нормальном web-сайте какой-нибудь компьютерной фирмы) частоту горизонтальной и вертикальной развертки... вписать их в xorg.conf... драйвер вписать - nvidia... вчера только настраивал GF7900GT + SDM-E96D + SM-152n... для DVI'айной соньки XOrg частоту по EDID в процессе загрузки сам определил...

А что конкретно у Вас не получается? Что на консоль попадает при попытке стартовать иксы, что в лог иксовый попадает? |

перейти в /usr/ports/x11/nvidia-driver make install clean в /etc/X11/xorg.conf заменить Driver "nv" на Driver "nvidia" в домашне папке завести файл .xinitrc, в нем одна строка: exec startkde при входе в систему, команда startx, после чего стартует KDE либо отредактировать /etc/ttys, изменив строчку с /usr/X11R6/bin/xdm на /usr/local/bin/kdm и в этой же строчке off заменть на on после рестарта (или shutdon now + Ctrl+D) получаем автостартующий менеджер kdm... |
