iptables для socks5 (danted)

Здравствуйте.
Подскажите пожалуйста. Vds на oracle, ubuntu server 20.04.
Установил socks5 (danted), порт стандартный 1080. Не могу соединиться с ним. Подозреваю что не открыты порты в iptables.
Данные правила позволяют подключиться к socks5 серверу? Если нет, как исправить это?
