Reach XP domain member resources from XP workgroup member

hey,
I have a PC at hame and Laptop from workplace, they connected and laptop can browse the internet using Internet Share Connction via home PC.
The problem is that I can't reach any laptop recources (shares etc.) from my PC,on laptop wich is domain member on my work place.

somebody help me pls.

I guess you have to define share resources on laptop, first of all.
