Как и почти все на РБ, твик для удаления Edge был стырен отсюда (https://msfn.org/board/topic/152688-win6x_registry_tweak/), создан пользователем Legolash2o (http://www.msfn.org/board/user/125866-legolash2o/). И там же отзывы:

И да, я сомневаюсь, что его нельзя восстановить повторной инсталляцией пакета.
Там, кстати, ключи есть, которые помогают откатить изменения, внесенные утилитой:
