VM WinXP не видит host машину

[Опиум]

Поставил тут виртуальную ХП на hyper-v 2008r2.
накатил все апдейты. Все ок, но она не видит общих папок на самом сервере, где развернут hyper-v. Ни по ip ни по имени.
Пингует, но не видит.
net view \\server - очень очень долго висит и отваливается с ошибкой

Причем к остальным серверам и рабочим станция (физически другим) спокойно подключается.

Давно такого не видел, где копнуть?

Petya V4sechkin, да все нормально там... смотрел уже.
более того.... поднял виртмашину_ХП на другом серваке и спокойно получил доступ к fs01.
такое ощущения что проблема именно в виртуальном сегменте между сервером и вм.

Petya V4sechkin, само собой это проверил сразу же - висит также.

когда даёшь net use g: \\fs01\group
оперативно спрашивает логин и пароль, но потом также висит долго и отваливается также с ошибкой 64.

естественно, это же подключение мгновенно исполняется на других компах в сети.

На недоменных машинах, например все логично и быстро отваливается:
