Фризы системы

Здравствуйте, после замены комплектующих, установки w10(не уверен, что проблема в ней) появилась проблема, несколько раз в день случается, кратковременный "заик" звука и системы в общем. Никаких зависимостей от программ у этих заиков не наблюдал пробовал как с запущенными прогараммами так и без. Читал в интернете, что возможная проблема это драйверы, снес драйверы не помогло. Помогите разобраться, заранее спасибо.
Вот конфигурация пк:
CPU: I3 6300
GPU: Palit Jet Stream GTX 960 2GB
RAM: G.skill 8GB 1600ghz
SSD: GoodRam C50 60GB
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB
MB: ASRock H110M-DGS/D3

asmondius, обновите BIOS (ftp://europe.asrock.com/BIOS/1151/H110M-DGSD3(1.60)ROM.zip) вашей мат.платы, сохраните изменения, перезагрузите ПК и сделайте сброс настроек BIOS на значения по умолчанию. Обратите внимание, что Please update to the latest BIOS with Instant Flash or Internet Flash in the UEFI setup if you are using Windows 10..
