Domains By Proxy, LLC это я так полагаю хостер.
а если это провайдер, то где написано кто хостер))

в данном случае эта компания (https://www.domainsbyproxy.com/Default.aspx) предоставляет конфиденциальность vk.
Если же вы для частного лица хотите проверить данные, то будет написано

И вы немного отошли от задачи:
