Проблемы после миграции AD с 2003 на 2008

Приветствую
2003 DC старый начал глючить решили перейти на 2008
миграция вроде прошла успешно но возникли проблемы
не можем решить вот выставляю ipconfig dcdiag

DC - это имя старого КД ? Он еще живой или его уже нет совсем?

Службу DNS сервера пробывали перезапускать? Покажите вывод команды netstat -ano | findstr 172.16.19.3:53. И вывод команды nltest /dsgetdc:xeyal /force /gc .

Адреса не совпадают проблема у Вас в DNS. Выполните на КД ipconfig /registerdns затем nslookup dc1 вывод покажите.

Откуда взялся ipv6 его же небыло. Вывод ipconfig /all покажите.
