Установка программ на windows 7

Добрый день, проблема такая, не так давно моя "7ка" начала шалить тем, что прекращает работу почти всех установочников ( какие пропускать какие останавливать решает ОНА сама, и логики и взаимосвязи не вижу). последней каплей стало то, что не могу поставить JAVA, пишет "прекращена работа программы "JAVA(TM) Platform SE binary" и все тут, все перепробовал. Раньше если просто обламывался то что не мог установить ту или иную прогу, то щас элементарно надо, и без джавы никак, посоветуйте что нибудь, заранее спасибо

А также создайте новую учетную запись и запустите установку из нее.

все перепробовал
Перечислите, пожалуйста, чтобы нам не повторяться.

Пробовал:
-отключать антивирусы
-ставить из под других учеток
-запускать от имени одмина
-исправление неполадок
-настройка совместимости

на другом компе (ноут) все норм, хотя винда таже стоит

Проделал все что можно, но системе не удалось устранить неполадки, причем еще и загрузка сбилась, сидел восстанавливал точкой отката.

На другом компе эти файлы есть, на этом их нет, все перерыл, и через поиск тоже. 2й день убил на это все, руки опускаются

уже не помню точно что делал, но помню что по инструкции, и при каждой загрузке после этого вылазила служба восстановления, но в итоге она писала что да проблемы есть но устранить их не удалось, и перезагружалась, а винда не загружалась больше и все время вылазила служба восстановления и хоть тресни, ну это я уже вернул обратно. Забил уже на это дело, приходится искать другие какие то сборки программ, странно конечно что некоторые норм ставятся, некоторые прекращают работать. На вирусы проверил буквально вот на днях, все чисто. Всем спасибо, можно закрывать)))
