последнее обновление KB915597 (Definition 1.91.1370.0) выдает ошибку код 8007051А, никто не сталкивался с подобным ?

Вроде думал помогло, оказалось не так! все равно ошибка !

Take ownership of the file Как получить доступ к файлам, папкам, разделам реестра в Windows Vista и Windows 7 (http://www.oszone.net/7836/)
Give yourself (or a group you’re in, like Administrators) full permissions to the file
Rename the file to something like “pending.xml.old“
Reboot and run Windows Update
Watch Windows Update find those updates you’ve been missing. Done

не могу найти pending.xml. как не пытался!

Это обновление постоянно увеличивается в размере и меняет версию, но все равно не устанавливается. Текущая версия 1.93.948.0

Vancouver, Объясни подробнее пожалуйста, а то я может быть что то не так делаю. Скачал я этот файл, запустил , полоска дошла до конца и все, что дальше собственно ?

LAktor, запустите Windows Defender, и посмотрите версию баз сигнатур.

Нет не обновилось, это обновление так и осталось!

Порядок действий!
Появилось обновление (Новая версия и весит теперь 2.5)
Запустил файл mpas-fe, полоска дошла до конца, и собственно говоря ничего не изменилось!

LAktor, попробуйте FixWin (http://www.thewindowsclub.com/repair-fix-windows-7-vista-problems-with-fixwin-utility) -> вкладка System Tools -> Repair Windows Defender

LAktor, ком.строка от Администратора.Копируем и вставляем по очереди команды.
После каждой жмем Enter
net stop bits
net stop wuauserv
ren %windir%\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.bak
ren %systemroot%\system32\catroot2 *.bak
net start bits
net start wuauserv

Went to Network and Sharing Centre in Control Panel, once in here locate where your connected at (Linksys, Netgear...etc) to the right it should say View Status click Properties it will prompt you to confirm privilages push continue, while in Networking Tab locate Internet Protocol Ver. 4 highlight and to the right click Properties set preferred DNS to 4.2.2.2. and alternative DNS to 4.2.2.3
