Не выходит поставить Webmin на Windows

Не знал в какой теме размещать ...
Вообщем решил поставить webmin на windows
Делал примерно по инструкции http://www.webmin.com/windows.html

1) Поставил ActivePerl
2) Потом распаковал файлы webmin в C:/Webmin
3) cmd ---> C:/Webmin/setup.pl

И вот что получаю в итоге

Системе не удается найти указанный путь.
Inserting path to perl into scripts..
Не найден файл: '*.cgi'
..done

Creating start and stop scripts..
..done

..done

Error: Cannot write to directory

Кто сталкивался с подобным ? заранее спасибо.

имхо у интерпретатора скрипта нет разрешений на запись в нужную папку. Проще всего дать полный доступ группе "все" в настройках папки, или узнать от какой учетки выполняется (и ей разрешить)...
