Что именно нужно настроить в веб-интерфейсе агента Power Chute Bussines Edition Version 8.5.0.626, чтобы при отключении электропитания, ибп корректно завершал работу сервера с сохранением всех данных?

Power Failure
Use the following settings to define how the UPS responds to power failures:

When power fails, begin shutdown procedure
This setting defines the UPS response when a power problem causes the UPS to switch to battery operation:

Immediately initiates a shutdown as soon as a Power Failed event indicates that the UPS switched to battery power.
After the UPS has been on battery for initiates a shutdown when the UPS has been operating on battery power for the period of time selected for this setting. See Time-On-Battery Threshold Exceeded.
At runtime limit initiates a shutdown when the battery power (the runtime) that remains equals either the Low-Battery Threshold for a simple-signaling UPS, or the Low-Runtime-Remaining Threshold for a smart-signaling UPS.
Note: The default for When Power Fails, begin to shut down is defined by the Power-Protection Strategy setting in the configuration profile. If you change the protection strategy in the configuration profile, and you apply that change to the systems that are already in your device list, the When Power Fails, begin to shut down setting will reflect the new strategy. If you want a specific system to use a different power-protection strategy, reconfigure that system’s When Power Fails, begin to shut down setting.

Именно. Тем более, что по-умолчанию shutdown procedure настроена.

странно, но почему-то нет... при отключении электроэнергии сервер продолжал работать от батарей, а нужно чтобы сразу давал ОС команду на выключение.
