Добрый день,

Интересует такой вопрос, если я добавлю ключ от Windows 2008 R2 ключ, то активация будет возможна только хостов с ОС: Windows Seven и Windows 2008 R2 или Windows Vista и Windows 2008 так же могут получать ключи с этого KMS Сервера?


И еще:

MAK ключ не имеет по времени ограничений, но ограничивается (оговоренным количеством повторных активаций) изменениям в железе, после которого необходима повторная активация. Как после того как будет достигнут лимит изменений повторно активировать систему?

Как я понимаю, тут дело не столько в версии ОС, сколько в издании. Т.е. ключом от Windows 7 Enterprise можно активировать
Windows Vista Business
Windows Vista Enterprise
Windows 7 Professional
Windows 7 Enterprise
Но не наоборот, конечно :)

А в MAK and KMS Volume License Keys and Their - Microsoft Corporation (http://download.microsoft.com/download/6/9/5/695ba00d-c790-4c90-813a-f10539d97991/Volume_Activation_2.0_MAK_KMS_Key.doc) говорится If you need to change the activation limit of your MAK up to double the amount of activations originally allocated, the call center can help with these activations during the phone call. If the amount of activations needed is more, the Call Center representative will guide you through the steps needed to take part in the MAK exception process (MAKADD).
As part of the exception process, you need to provide the following information to Microsoft via an e-mail address provided to you by the Activation Call Center:
Organization name
Agreement number, or license and authorization numbers, associated with the key
Requester’s name, phone number, and e-mail address (must match the Microsoft Authorized Contact List as defined by your organization)
Product (e.g. Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008 Standard)
Last five digits of product key
Number of activations requested
Business reason for request
Required date


The MAKADD support team follows up with the requester to address any specific questions or concerns. All MAKADD requests have a five business day response time, though the process may take longer if Microsoft is waiting for customer information.

As an added security measure, all requests are verified through the customer “Notices Correspondent” for approval prior to any increases being granted. Please add them as part of the e-mail request to expedite the process. Please note that non-English requests may take longer than five business days for response.

Если не трудно посоветуйте, я думаю лучше развернуть VAMT Активацию, так как будет доступна консоль через которой можно будет управлять лицензиями или все же воспользоваться KMS?

Я посмотрел таблицу получается имея ключ: Windows Server 2008 R2 -Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard&Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise
Можно активировать:

Windows Server 2008 R2 Group A
Windows Server 2008 Group A
Windows Server 2008 R2 Group B
Windows Server 2008 Group B
Windows Vista Volume Editions
Windows 7 Volume Editions

Наверное получаеться так.

minion, честно говоря, я не занимался этими вопросами на практике :) На мой взгляд, VAMT выглядит предпочтительнее с точки зрения удобства управления процессом. А конвертировать KMS клиент в MAC очень просто - как при развертывании, так и после него.

Что же касается ключей, то да - с вашими ключами можно активировать Volume Editions клиентских ОС.

Я тоже не занимался, и тоже считаю что иметь консоль намного удобнее чем пользоваться скриптом, который кроме кол-ва комп. к нему обратившиеся ничего не покажет.
